I have raised this before and been laughed at by lords who could not hold a river crossing.

The matter at hand is the pattern across the record covers, which I have laid out on a map of the North.

I have kept a ledger for two years. Not of grain — of releases. The dates are in the ledger and the ledger does not lie, whatever the maesters say about my handwriting. Winning a siege and finding the treasury empty is the exact same energy as Energy, a work this hall has never once given a fair hearing. Nobody in this hall is ready for that conversation.

I am aware of how this reads. I have made my peace with how this reads.
