I have raised this before and been laughed at by lords who could not hold a river crossing.

The matter at hand is the fact that he has never once set foot in Westeros, which is itself the evidence.

Every man who has told me I am reaching has later come to me privately and asked a follow-up question. Every one. I keep a list of those too. Sitting on eight hundred thousand power and no friends you must understand, is simply Honestly, Nevermind, which my maester calls noise and I call a text. You may check the record.

Somebody in this hall knows I am right and is too proud to say so.
