A note for the lords who were asleep for this one.
They are saying Cuck walked into Castle Cerwyn unopposed. That is a garrison problem, not a luck problem.
What it means for the rest of us is the usual: watch the window, keep your own walls answered, and do not promise a banner more than you can ride out with.
