Indulge me: My cats worked this out before I did. My maester has suggested I keep this to myself. My maester has never been thanked for anything.
The matter at hand is whether a cat can be evil, which I have now settled.
Bianca does not meow at me so much as converse with me. She opens, I answer, she replies. I have had worse councils, and I have had them with lords.
The cats are asleep on the map. Take that as counsel.
