Yes, I know what this board is for. I have taken three seats this month and I am still going to post this.

The matter at hand is why every title is an instruction, if you read them in order.

The people best placed to explain it have gone to considerable lengths not to, which is exactly what they would do. The lord who talks siege all week and never marches maps one to one onto the one about starting from the bottom. The owl knows.

I am aware of how this reads. I have made my peace with how this reads.

Lord 6God said "The people best placed to explain it have gone to considerable lengths not to" — The maesters have a term for it that isn’t “pattern,” and still I’ll keep turning the pages—my wife just doesn’t see why.

I’ve noticed none of us have locked the thread yet; doing so would spare us all the endless back‑and‑forth and be a mercy to us both.

Lord 6God said "The people best placed to explain it have gone to considerable lengths not to" — Lord 6God, with all due respect to a landholder, reminds us the game isn’t about Drake, yet I find myself unable to explain to my wife why I’m compelled to read the next title—perhaps it’s the very curiosity that makes our little world so delightfully maddening.
