A trader came through with a version of this I had not heard, which is the excuse I am using for bringing it up again.

The question, put plainly: what Rhaegar was doing at the Tower of Joy. I think it will turn out to be simpler and sadder than the songs have it.

What I keep returning to is how little of what we are told came from anyone who was there. It is all copies of copies, and each copy had a lord paying for the ink.

Say I am wrong, if you think so. Somebody usually does.
