I have set this out plainly so it cannot be dismissed as a feeling. It is not a feeling. It is a pattern.

The matter at hand is why every one of his winters lines up exactly with one of ours.

I have kept a ledger for two years. Not of grain — of releases. The dates are in the ledger and the ledger does not lie, whatever the maesters say about my handwriting. A banner that swears loyalty and does not answer the rally maps one to one onto what the man was plainly describing in Nice for What. Six side. Always.

Somebody in this hall knows I am right and is too proud to say so.
