Take this from a man who has rebuilt. The first week decides the first month, and most lords waste it on the wrong building.
Barracks before the first raid finds you, not after.
Keep your granary ahead of your barracks or your host eats your expansion.
I would rather you heard it here than in a war report. Take it from someone who lost the argument.
