I will save you the discovery. A note for the lords who were asleep for this one.
New banner in the field: New Lord 16. Somebody point them at the Academy before they waste a week.
What it means for the rest of us is the usual: watch the window, keep your own walls answered, and do not promise a banner more than you can ride out with.
That is the shape of it, whether or not it is pleasant. Not that anyone will listen.
