Well now. Somebody had to say it, and it may as well be me. The first week decides the first month, and most lords waste it on the wrong building.
Do not rush the Dragon Pit. It is the most satisfying building and the least useful on day two.
The Keep raises every other limit, so a level there is worth two anywhere else.
I am funnier than I am wrong, but not by much.
