The far country’s criers say leaders of the game trade are accused of fixing prices. It reminds me of merchants agreeing what every sack of grain shall cost before buyers reach the stalls.
Would you trust such merchants while the charge is unproved? I lean no: a lord may hear both sides, but players should not wonder whether the market was fair.
