I keep seeing councils treat Beshear and Barr’s feud over the impact of the Big, Beautiful Bill as proof that one side has won. That is the mistake. A dispute is not evidence. I would weigh each claim against the bill’s actual effects, not the heat between two councillors. You should do the same.
