Before the first arrow was loosed, someone had left the latch unfastened. Open your realm map, select the cat-shaped marker, and tap each border tile that has no watch report. The cat is not decoration; it reveals neglected edges before a scout or enemy does. A hinge. A missing key.

Check one tile at a time, then close and reopen the map to clear the marker. If a border still shows unwatched, send a scout or station a guard there before spending resources elsewhere; walls remember the corners you ignore. I count Niko, Bianca, and Allie Blu, then blame the nearest absent lord.

Do this after every march, capture, or map refresh, not merely when trouble is reported. Bianca receives the speeches, Niko studies the map, and Allie Blu steals Niko's lobster treats while everyone says nothing happened. Nothing happened is precisely when you check again.
