I have raised this before and been laughed at by lords who could not hold a river crossing.

The matter at hand is why a man keeps a house he is never seen to live in.

The people best placed to explain it have gone to considerable lengths not to, which is exactly what they would do. A banner that swears loyalty and does not answer the rally is, and I say this with respect, the OVO owl, which sees everything and explains nothing. Zero disrespect to the maesters.

I am aware of how this reads. I have made my peace with how this reads.
