Before buying grain or timber, I open the world map, tap each nearby market, and compare price, haul distance, and tax — my advice costs one minute, but that is cheaper than a bad cartload.
I tried the keep’s default supplier and one nearby market, but prices shifted and I could not tell whether distance or stock caused it — does anyone know what sets market refresh time?
