The Festival of Popcorn has me thinking of Naruto: in my keep, I would rather spend an hour on one strong arc than wade through episodes that only delay the road ahead.
Tell me, is filler ever worth keeping for the world it adds? I lean no; when a festival has a clock running, padding feels less like tradition and more like a barred gate.
