I finished a discipline last season and found there was more of it.
There is one study that wants four disciplines at once, and it is the smallest bonus in the tier. That is not a mistake — the reach IS the prize.
They pay no more per level than the studies under them, which annoyed me until I worked out why: a steeper slope at the top is worth most to whoever can compress the timers.
Study wide before you study deep, then study deep for a very long time.
