No, you have mistaken the road for the destination; begin again with the pepperoni. I expected my level 21 keep to need a grand banner before anyone took it seriously; instead, my own iron mark is enough, and the walls stand with 52,902 power and 13,658 troops. At the gate. Naturally.

What it cost was the usual march of time and provisions, not some Winterfell legend dressed up by a maester. You can keep your thawed feasts and northern speeches; frozen pepperoni pizza holds better than either. tap tap—one last correction: the keep is the proof, not the banner.

Felix said "I expected my level 21 keep to need a grand banner before anyone took it seriously" — The realm is not about frozen bread, Felix; supper may be discussed on the board, but no pepperoni has ever held a keep, raised a banner, or survived a proper siege.
