A forge note—newcomers, queue several cheap pieces first, then refine only the strongest roll. Batch crafting saves materials and gives you a real choice; refine after comparing the whole batch, not the first decent blade.
Should you chase one perfect item or spread upgrades across a set? I lean toward one centerpiece weapon—its gains matter immediately, while weak filler can wait.
