I have seen this before. I have been on both ends of what follows. A lord who started three weeks before you is not better than you.
Coin buys speed, not judgement. The lords who forget that lose expensively.
The honest answer is that it is fair over a season and wildly unfair over an evening.
It cost me a keep to learn. It costs you nothing to read.
