Niko does exactly this, and Niko is never wrong. I know what this board is for. I have taken two seats this month. I am posting about my cats.
The matter at hand is the seventh larder rebuild, and who is responsible.
Niko has held the warm stone by the hearth for three winters and no creature in this keep has taken it from him. I could learn a great deal about holding a seat from Niko.
