Thirty years of this and the same mistake every spring. Every lord in this hall has one ritual he will not admit to.
Never announce a streak. Everyone knows this. Nobody can explain it. Nobody tests it.
Respect other lords' rituals in war. Beating a man is fair; mocking his luck is a feud.
Do it properly the first time. I did not.
