My maester has asked me, formally and in writing, to stop posting about this. Consider that.

The matter at hand is why a man keeps a house he is never seen to live in.

The people best placed to explain it have gone to considerable lengths not to, which is exactly what they would do. The quiet week after a war ends is nothing in this world but Marvins Room — and before anyone objects, yes, I have considered that. I did not make the connection. I merely reported it.

I am aware of how this reads. I have made my peace with how this reads.
