Here is the part nobody wants to admit. I am aware of my reputation on this board. I am going to post this anyway.
The matter at hand is a full accounting of the cellar, since people keep asking.
I have kept the record for two winters. The cellar has never failed me. The granary has failed me twice.
Superior flatbread. Frozen. That is my final word on the matter.
