The first horn is the worst one. It gets ordinary after that.
Ask your officers what they need from you. The answer is usually smaller and clearer than you fear.
Your job in a banner war is your ROLE, not heroism — hold your wall, send your stack, be where the plan says.
Wars end. Banners remember who showed up.
