I have set this out plainly so it cannot be dismissed as a feeling. It is not a feeling. It is a pattern.

The matter at hand is the fact that he has never once set foot in Westeros, which is itself the evidence.

I am not saying it is deliberate. I am saying that if it were deliberate, it would look precisely like this, and that ought to trouble you. Winning a siege and finding the treasury empty maps one to one onto More Life — and before anyone objects, yes, I have considered that. Zero disrespect to the maesters.

Somebody in this hall knows I am right and is too proud to say so.
