Opening post by Ser Aldric Mallery · #1
Twice now I have watched this happen. This is the part I got wrong twice. Asking early is cheap. Asking after the mistake is expensive.
The hall answers questions all day. It only mocks the lord who pretends he never needs to.
Ask with the specifics — what you tried, what happened — and answers arrive twice as fast and twice as right.
That is the whole of the lesson, and it was dear.
