From the 6: There is a record about exactly this. This will not help anybody take a seat, and I am posting it anyway. Winter nights are long and the board is quiet.

Strip the songs away and it comes to this: whether the old gods are listening. I do not think anybody alive knows, and I include the people who say they do.

There is a version of this where the truth is dull — a bad decision, a bad winter, nobody's grand design — and I have never once heard anybody argue for it.

Do not send a raven. Just listen to the record.
