Small is not a phase. For some halls it is the point.
Every member is load-bearing, which is a weight and an honour, and everyone knows which nights it is which.
A small banner knows every member's hours, temper and gate by heart — coordination the big halls buy with bureaucracy.
A hall where everyone matters is not a lesser hall.
