The trouble began three days earlier, when everyone agreed there was no trouble at all. The report on parties controlling the judicial bench made me wonder whether councils can guard judgment from party winds, as ours must.
I compared the claim with our own banners, but the headline gives no measure of influence or safeguard. What rule best keeps a bench independent?
