Before anyone calls this a miracle, count the sacks, mend the bridge, and ask who carries them. Check each marcher's provisions tonight, fill water skins, and leave no cart with a loose wheel; dawn is a poor time to discover the flour was promised to someone else. Not yet.
Set a fixed departure hour and tell every captain where the column regroups if weather or a broken road divides it. Keep one spare day of food aside rather than loading every sack into the first wagons, because a neat plan still depends on the slowest mule.
If you are marching from your keep, inspect the gates, wells, and field locks before you admire the route on the map. Write down who carries the cost of replacements, who tends the wounded, and who stays behind to receive late orders. A plan that cannot answer those questions is only a painted road. Who pays for it? Who carries it?
