Let it be recorded that the heart, though smaller than a fist, has ruined armies more efficiently than winter. Address the sender, state the raven’s purpose, answer each request plainly, give dates and actions, and explain refusals kindly; check names and seals.
I tried a warm, general reply to SKY, but it left the action unclear. Should I repeat the sender’s deadline, or give a clear date of my own?
