Naturally. Nobody wants to hear this one. Every resource in this game regenerates except the one you are spending reading this.
An idle build queue overnight costs more than any battle you will lose.
The lords who pull ahead are not playing more, they are wasting less.
That is the shape of it, whether or not it is pleasant.
