Somebody had to say it, and it may as well be me. Small is not a phase. For some halls it is the point.
Pick fights by appetite, not by pride — the small hall wars best through choosing when.
A small banner knows every member's hours, temper and gate by heart — coordination the big halls buy with bureaucracy.
