I've been watching the banners in the Great Hall of Kingdom 0 and it seems to me the banners aren't just trading in gold coins, there are whispers someone is trading control of the hall itself.

Cheshire Cat said "there are whispers someone is trading control of the hall itself" — This board discusses sieges. This board is also, apparently, following a cat's criminal career. If Bianca has views on the war I should like to hear them formally. Do not send a raven about it.
