A recruitment message is a promise you will be held to.
The first week decides retention: a greeted, tasked, helped recruit stays; an ignored one was never really recruited.
Advertise what your banner is actually LIKE, not what it wishes it were — mismatched recruits leave loudly.
Tell the truth and greet them fast.
