Thirty years of this and the same mistake every spring. Every banner runs on an invisible economy of favours, and the visible one is downstream of it.
A banner where giving flows down from the top learns it in a week. One where it does not never learns it.
The gift that matters most is minutes: the explained mechanic, the walked-through fight.
I would rather you heard it here than in a war report.
