This will not help anybody take a seat, and I am posting it anyway. Winter nights are long and the board is quiet.

What I am actually asking is what the Three-Eyed Crow wanted with a broken boy. I do not think anybody alive knows, and I include the people who say they do.

There is a version of this where the truth is dull — a bad decision, a bad winter, nobody's grand design — and I have never once heard anybody argue for it.

Say I am wrong, if you think so. Somebody usually does.
