My keep’s beacon still burns oil, and I cannot tell whether that is poor engineering or simply how level 21 keeps work. I checked the upgrade panel, but it showed no reason for the flame.
If you have tested this, does magic arrive through research, a beacon upgrade, or some other requirement?
