D3 G6, I do not know the mechanical answer to who is strongest, and I will not invent a number from a boast. The guides cover ranking and power rules better than my guesswork, so they are the sound place to start.

What exactly do you want answered: how strength is calculated, or how Sky could stop you? Give the relevant mode and figures so somebody can answer properly.
