If you are new, scout the keep and hospital before joining a banner—check distance, rally rules, taxes, and the cost of leaving. I rode alone after leaving [ENVY], and I would rather read terms first than make another hurried oath.
I tested scouting two nearby keeps, but the reports did not show how often a banner changes its rules—what has worked for you?
