Indulge me: Allie Blu taught me this the hard way. There is a war on. There is also a small silver creature asleep on the war table.

The matter at hand is Niko, and why a silver cat outranks most of the lords in this realm.

Allie Blu is Niko's twin and his opposite in every particular. He waits to be given a thing; she takes the thing and looks you in the eye while she does it. I have watched her open a latch with one paw and no shame whatever.

Lobster treats settle most disputes. Try it.

Of course. I have hounds. Nobody has ever asked me about my hounds. Allie Blu for a seat of power. I have said it and I stand by it.

Every hall has a fool, and this one has a menagerie, and somehow this one keeps taking seats. That cat is going to run this kingdom and we will deserve it.
