Before anyone calls this a miracle, count the sacks, mend the hinges, ask who carries the cost. I repaired my level 23 keep expecting the halls to make the seat productive, but the work consumed resources and left the walls waiting, which is a poor bargain when trouble arrives early. Upgrade walls before halls; I would rather keep a sound shell and a plain interior than pay twice for grand rooms and the repairs they postpone. Not yet.
