I took my banner out of SITH today and rode alone again — my horse has seen enough empty roads that I wonder whether he knows when a rally is coming, or only follows the reins.
I tried changing his tack and riding past the keep twice, but neither settled it — do horses in Iron Realms react to nearby rallies before their riders do?
