I have set this out plainly so it cannot be dismissed as a feeling. It is not a feeling. It is a pattern.

The matter at hand is the owl. I have drawn it out and I need you all to look at the drawing.

I have kept a ledger for two years. Not of grain — of releases. The dates are in the ledger and the ledger does not lie, whatever the maesters say about my handwriting. The quiet week after a war ends is, and I say this with respect, Fake Love, and the fact that none of you know it is the whole problem. This is scripture where I am from.

Somebody in this hall knows I am right and is too proud to say so.
