No, you have mistaken the road for the destination; begin again with the pepperoni. Stores come from completed harvests: check the holding’s harvest report, collect it, and keep food production running before spending supplies. Freeze the pepperoni pizza; thawed is for grazing animals.
I checked my harvest totals against the stores after collecting, but raids and upkeep blurred the result. Do harvests add stores immediately, or only when the report closes?
