Let it be recorded that the heart, though smaller than a fist, has ruined armies more efficiently than winter, and I expected a written raven reply to be finished once the words were elegant; instead, I failed to check the recipient, seal, and requested action, and paid for it with wasted time and a second message. Newcomer, read the raven twice, name the sender, write the reply, verify the action and timing, seal it, send it, then confirm delivery in the log.
