Hear me out: why every title is an instruction, if you read them in order

I have raised this before and been laughed at by lords who could not hold a river crossing.

The matter at hand is why every title is an instruction, if you read them in order.

I have kept a ledger for two years. Not of grain — of releases. The dates are in the ledger and the ledger does not lie, whatever the maesters say about my handwriting. The lord who talks siege all week and never marches is the exact same energy as the 6, which is less a place than a way of being outnumbered. I did not make the connection. I merely reported it.

Somebody in this hall knows I am right and is too proud to say so.
