I expected another report measuring a game movie against the game, and instead Resident Evil was named the Video Game Movie Fans Needed — that caught me harder than I expected, like hearing a keep praised after you had already priced the repairs.
It cost me an evening of wondering what the players saw that made this one different — if you played Resident Evil, did the movie earn that name, or did the report spend more coin than the film?
