going offline? shield, queue builds, and bank resources

somebody, i once went offline expecting the shield to cover everything. it covered the keep, not the queues: my builds finished, troops sat idle, and resources spilled over while i was gone. the cost was a wasted build cycle and a fat invitation for raiders.

before you leave, activate the longest shield you have, queue every troop and building upgrade, then bank resources in storage, trades, or research. leave no queue empty and no chest unopened; cheese is governance, apparently.
